
RERERI Online Bag Experience
Purchase your bag with the support of a Designer during a 45-minute live video call.
The online experience has an additional cost of €70 (VAT included) and is non-refundable once completed.
With the RERERI Online Bag Experience, you can design and purchase your bag in real time together with a Designer Assistant, through an online video call.
How it works
Book your online video call
- Visit rereri.it
- Select an available date and time from the online calendar
- Choose the bag size you wish to design: XS, S, M or L
- Complete the purchase of your session and bag
- You will receive a confirmation email with your selected date and time and the link to join the video call.
Live session with the Designer Assistant
During the video call, your Designer Assistant will guide you through:
- color combinations
- materials
- details and customizations
Your bag will be designed together with you in real time.
The video call lasts 45 minutes.
Production and shipping
Once the configuration is finalized, your bag will be handcrafted according to the agreed design and shipped to the address you provided.

Booking conditions and right of withdrawal
You may change the date of your video call up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
For calculation purposes, the deadline is exactly the same time on the previous day.
Example:
If your session is scheduled for Saturday at 3:00 PM, you can request a change until Friday at 3:00 PM.
The change can be made directly through your order confirmation email, using the dedicated link.
After this deadline, rescheduling will no longer be possible.
You may cancel your order with a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled experience.
For calculation purposes, the deadline is exactly the same time on the third day before the scheduled session.
Example:
If your session is scheduled for Saturday at 3:00 PM, you may cancel until Wednesday at 3:00 PM.
The cancellation can be processed:
✔ directly from your confirmation email via the dedicated link.
After this deadline, the amount paid will not be refundable and failure to attend the session will not entitle you to a reschedule or credit.
After the video call has taken place, the configuration has been defined with the Designer Assistant, or the bag has been delivered to your address, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days, under the following conditions:
No additional fees will be charged for the return or cancellation, except for the non-refundable online experience fee of €70 (VAT included).
You may return the bag within 14 days, provided it has not been used.
After receiving confirmation from the company to proceed with the return, you must carefully package the item to ensure it is not damaged during transportation.
Only the cost of the purchased product will be refunded.

Online Video Call
Guidelines for joining the Google Meet video call
To ensure a smooth and safe experience for both parties please read the following carefully.
- Make sure your device (smartphone, tablet or computer) is fully functional and sufficiently charged.
- Check that your camera, microphone and speakers are working properly.
- Enable camera and microphone access in your device settings and in the Google Meet app or browser permissions.
- Use a stable and fast Internet connection preferably on a private home Wi-Fi network.
- Avoid public or corporate networks with restricted access.
- Ensure that no VPN, restrictive firewall, proxy or corporate security system is active that could block or limit Google Meet. If in doubt, disable them before the call.
- Do not attend the video call while travelling by car, train, boat or airplane. Movement and signal fluctuations can compromise the experience.
- Choose a quiet, well-lit environment without distractions.
- Place your device on a stable surface or stand (desk, tripod, phone holder).
Android
- Update Google Meet from the Play Store.
- Go to Settings > Apps > Google Meet > Permissions and enable camera and microphone.
- Disable VPN or network filtering apps.
- Close unused apps running in the background.
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
- Update Google Meet from the App Store.
- Go to Settings > Google Meet and enable camera and microphone.
- Disable any VPN or mobile device management profiles that may restrict the connection.
macOS
- Use an updated version of Google Chrome or Safari.
- Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera /Microphone and allow access for your browser.
- Check that firewall or security software is not blocking Google Meet.
Windows
- Use an updated version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera / Microphone and enable access for your browser.
- Make sure antivirus, firewall or VPN software are not interfering with the connection.
By participating in the video call, the user acknowledges that:
- Audio and video capture will be active during the session.
- The operator may perform a full recording of the video call for documentation purposes, as proof of service delivery and to protect the decisions made during the interaction.
- The recording may serve as a sales document and will be used exclusively for administrative, legal, organizational and mutual protection purposes.
Before starting the session, the operator will ask for explicit verbal confirmation regarding:
- the willingness to participate in the video call
- consent to audio and video recording
- consent to the recording of the entire session
The continuation of the experience is subject to the user’s explicit approval.
By accessing the video call, the user also declares to:
- having read and accepted the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions published on the official website;
- completed and accepted the privacy consent form required during booking;
- authorized the processing of personal, audio and video data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), exclusively for purposes related to service delivery, documentation of the experience and legal and commercial protection.
Data will not be publicly disclosed or used for promotional purposes without additional explicit consent.
In the event of technical issues not attributable to the service (such as device malfunction, unstable connection or network blocks caused by VPN/firewall), the experience may be compromised and may not always be repeatable.
We recommend performing a connection test at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
RERERI shall not be held liable for service disruptions, interruptions, delays or malfunctions during the video call that are not directly attributable to its own technical infrastructure or transmission line.
In particular, RERERI shall not be responsible for issues caused by:
- unstable, slow or unavailable internet connection on the user’s side;
- malfunctioning user devices (computer, smartphone, tablet, webcam or microphone);
- the use of networks with restrictive firewalls, VPNs, proxies or security systems blocking or limiting Google Meet;
- power outages or internet provider failures on the user’s side;
- malfunctions of Google Meet services not directly related to RERERI’s infrastructure.
In such cases, the video call may be compromised or not completed and RERERI cannot guarantee automatic repetition of the experience.
