Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at ordini@rereri.it. Returns must be shipped to the following address: Via Lungo L'Ema, 17, 50012 Firenze FI. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time before your bank or credit card company processes and posts the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at ordini@rereri.it.
